scene since founding Selecta 7 Sound in 1997. As a producer, Selecta 7 has released multiple albums and collaborated with a global roster of reggae talent, including Vybz Kartel, Keznamdi, Gappy Ranks, Lutan Fyah, Perfect Giddimani, Marla Brown, Medisun, Mr Williamz, Bobby Hustle, Tifa, Ward 21, Mr Lexx, and many more.
His resume includes opening sets for countless major reggae acts, and in a career highlight, he recently took the main stage as a featured DJ at Reggae On The River.

Born on September 2, 1992, in Kingston, Jamaica, Lij O’Reggio—better known as KnoLij Tafari—is a rising reggae and pop artist whose name and mission are deeply rooted in legacy. The title “Lij,” meaning “Prince of Peace,” draws inspiration from Emperor Haile Selassie I.
Raised by his grandparents, KnoLij’s early years were shaped by diverse influences, including his grandfather’s background as a cricketer and chess player, and his own time as a skanker with Kingston’s iconic Fashion Squad. This heritage fuels his sound—a vibrant blend of conscious lyrics and fresh, roots-driven rhythms.
Now based in California, KnoLij Tafari is making waves with his powerful new single “Nuh Dutty Up”, produced by Nahlaff Entertainment, marking his dynamic return to the music scene.
