Don Randi is a legendary member of the Wrecking Crew and a renowned pianist, composer, and arranger who’s played on literally thousands of records. He’s been a first call session musician since the 60s and has worked with the likes of Brian Wilson, The Beach Boys (“Good Vibrations,” “Help Me Rhonda,” “God Only Knows,”), Linda Ronstadt (signature harpsicord solo on “Different Drum”), The Righteous Brothers, Elvis Presley, Sonny & Cher, The Everly Brothers, and so many more. He was also Nancy Sinatra’s musical director for many years. As a solo artist, Don has released 17 albums, including several with his band Quest, and he continues to play live shows as often as he can. You can find him just about every month playing as his own club, the World-Famous Baked Potato in Los Angeles, which he opened in 1970. Check out his book, “You Heard These Hands,” where he recounts so many stories about his remarkable career. Don has gathered some of the most talented musicians in Los Angeles to play in Quest, and fans of all ages come from far and wide to enjoy his shows. According to Don, “There’s no generation gap when it comes to music!” www.donrandi.com
