International jazz vocalist, pianist and composer, Peter Clark,
will be the Santa Barbara Jazz Society’s featured performer at
SOhO music club November 7th with Hank Allen on bass and Tom
Devaney on drums. Peter’s shows are unpredictable and always
high entertainment, anything can happen – and usually does!!

He will be introducing a talented 14 year old jazz singer,
Daniel Salinas, as one of his guests. Long a supporter of young
musicians over the years he is currently working with Daniel on
his debut CD, “The New Kid On The Block”, due for release on the
Music 88 label in early 2011. Peter has also arranged and produced
CDs this year for “The singing Policeman” David Gonzales and James
Arnold as well as several of his own compiled from his live
performances in Russia, Australia, Palm Springs, and “Donkin’s”
in Marina Del Rey, one of the many highlights of his career.

After a 2009 tour in the UK with Jane Russell and a star cast
including Freda Payne, Peabo Bryson, The Temptations, Stylistics
and more, plans are under way for a UK tour next June for the David
Gest production “Jane Russell 90th birthday tour” featuring songs of
multi-hit song writer Jeff Barry. Peter will also return to Moscow
later in 2011. Please join us for a delightful afternoon of jazz!
